Hello, my name is Iris. I am a Dutch photographer working internationally with Icelandic horses and dogs.
My work focuses on the relationship between animal, landscape and natural light.
I work fulltime as a petphotographer, building long term relationships with animals and environments. I have photographed dogs and Icelandic horses across the Netherlands with trips to Germany, Denmark, Iceland, Switserland and Roemania.

Icelandic Horses documenting herd structure, foals, movement and the relationship between horse and landscape.
Dogs natural light portraiture and active dogs in action.
Approach
I work with minimal interference and respect for animal behaviour. The result is imagery that feels calm, spacious and honest.
